The Janis Life Coaching method begins with the assumption that you life is divided into two parts. The life you have lived to date and the life you have left to live. That is, Your life to date is your business. The life you have left is Yours to manage. That is, your business from this moment on should be to manage your life.
For a quick estimate, DO THE MATH.
If the average life expectancy of an American is 78.5, how much time do you have left?
How old are you? _____
Subtract your age from 78.5 and that is your estimated longevity from to today.
This will give you a rough estimate of the time you have left to manage. See our Longevity blog entry
