Our workshop and seminar program is focused on presenting life lessons in a group context. Workshops present the lesson in hands-on interactive format, while seminars present the life lesson in a discussion format. Before you decide to enroll in a coaching relationship, you might find it worthwhile enrolling in one of our Workshops or Seminars.

Workshops
Workshops are design to help you learn and practice a skill. The Workshops show you how to develop your own Strategic Life Plan based on a life-cycle perspective.
Seminars
Seminars are designed to help you explore and understand a life lesson concept. The Seminars explain how adopting a life-cycle perspective toward your personal and professional choices can help you to create balance in your life.
“Your Life is Your Business” - a one hour presentation focusing on how the decisions you made in the past have shape your life and career opportunities and choices today. Addresses the questions: Where am I today and how did I get there? Now what can I do about it?
“Your Business is Your Life” – a one hour presentation focusing on how your future success and life satisfaction is dependent on how you apply your experience, skills, and talents to achieve YOUR objectives. Addresses the questions: “What do I really want to achieve in my life and how can I get there? Where do I start?
